On hearing about R.E.A.L. Education’s national success with the East Midlands Chamber, local Mansfield MP Ben Bradley wrote to R.E.A.L. with congratulations and asked if he could visit to see the work R.E.A.L. is doing for himself.
Mr Bradley had a whistle-stop tour of both R.E.A.L.’s Independent schools and the vocational centres, including motor mechanics, music and digital arts. He also and met with staff and learners.
Mr Bradley said: “’It was fantastic to see the bespoke and tailored education on offer at R.E.A.L., supporting young people who need that individual support to get on in life, and to find rewarding work in the future.
“I particularly enjoyed seeing their Digital Arts programme at work and meeting the students who have gone from dropping out of mainstream school to effectively running a great digital marketing business thanks to R.E.A.L. helping them to recognise their talents and interests.
“I’m working to support R.E.A.L. to be even more effective in the future, by pushing Government to work with them in a different way. One that will benefit more young people locally and help more students to access this great service.”
